Shipping & Returns

We hope you will be happy with the items that you order from

Tu Si Bella Boutique.  If your item is not exactly as you hoped for,

we will gladly accept your returns or exchanges. 

Please see below for return eligibility and shipping details.

On-line orders will be processed within 1 to 2 days and will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.  All orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.  Tu Si Bella will contact you by email if the merchandise you selected is currently unavailable or if we need additional information for credit validation.

Delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays.

Tu Si Bella offers FREE shipping within the continental US for orders over $150.00.


At this time we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, we do not offer international shipping.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Tu Si Bella Boutique, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us.  This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise return. 

Shipping Policy


All merchandise eligible for return must be mailed back to Tu Si Bella Boutique within 10 days of your packages arrival date for a refund.  All items must have the Tu Si Bella tag attached and include a copy of the original packing slip/receipt. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that we can not accept any returned merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, soiled or smells like smoke or perfume.  

All sale items, hats, masks, jewelry, intimate apparel and bodysuits are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. 

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or refund.  

We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges on any merchandise that does not meet our eligibility requirements. If the merchandise doesn't meet our return requirements, you will be contacted by email and the item will be returned to you. 

In addition, all shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  Returned packages that arrive by COD will be denied. 

Tu Si Bella takes great pride in our packaging of your order, all packages are checked and double checked to ensure that the correct styles, sizes and colors are shipped to you. 

Tu Si Bella Boutique is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen merchandise in transit or delivery. 

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending your return back to us. Please call the store at 408.778.4488 if you have any questions regarding a return.

Mail all returns and exchanges, including your original packing slip/receipt, email confirmation or order # with your return.



If you ordered the incorrect size and would like to exchange it for a different size or color, we recommend that you purchase the desired item on line and then return your original purchase within the return guidelines stated above.  Our stock sells through quickly and your desired item might not be available.
